License Terms

These terms govern the use of software licensed from Kiley Innovations, LLC. The specific LICENSE file included with each download controls in the event of any conflict.

1. License grant

When you purchase a Kiley Innovations product you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the software on the number of servers covered by your purchase. A one-time license is perpetual for the version you receive and includes one year of updates. A monthly subscription entitles you to run the software and receive updates for as long as the subscription remains active.

2. Ownership & your data

The software is self-hosted. All employee and business data you enter lives on your own server and is never transmitted to Kiley Innovations. You own your data at all times. Kiley Innovations retains all intellectual property rights in the software itself.

3. Updates & support

One-time licenses include software updates and email support for one year from the purchase date. Monthly subscriptions include updates and support for the duration of the subscription. Support is provided by email at support@kileyinno.com.

4. License keys

Each purchase is issued a signed license key tied to the licensee. Do not share or publish your license key. Kiley Innovations may deactivate keys found to be shared or used beyond the terms of purchase.

5. Refunds

If you run into a problem with your purchase, contact support@kileyinno.com and we'll work with you. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Warranty & liability

The software is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. Kiley Innovations, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the software. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your server and data.
